Mardi Himal peak is one of the smaller peaks among trekking peaks in Nepal and a peak of little technical difficulty for climbing. The peak is situated in less than 15 miles from Pokhara and the most southerly peak of the Annapurna range. The summit of the peak offers magnificent view of Annapurna ranges and spectacular one of Machhapuchhre. A climbing trip to Mardi Himal can be combined with trekking in remote areas through dense forest of bamboo and rhododendron and pasture land away from human civilization.
Base camp will be pitched at 4,100m. below the south face of Mardi Himal and the south – west ridge of Machhapuchhre. High camp will be placed at 4600m. climbing steeply towards the col between the east face of Mardi Himal and the connecting ridge of Machhapuchhre. We climb to a col and further steep up of snow slopes leading to the summit.
Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Matterhorn Treks & Expedition will transfer to your hotel, We will brief about your trip activities. You’ll have rest of the day at leisure.

Day 02 Kathmandu Sightseeing
Sightseeing in Some of landmarks that are the World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of (Pashupati Nath), the famous ‘Monkey Temple’ (Swayambhu Nath) and Buddhists shrine (Bouddha Nath). You can also make your last minute buying of personal items and preparation for the next day.

Day 03 Fly to Pokhara
After breakfast, we will drive to the airport for a flight to Pokhara. 25 mins. flight to Pokhara is spectacular with Himalayan view all along its route. You can enjoy the ambiance in the natural setting with impending Himalayas in a distance. Walk along the Phewa Lake or go boating in the evening.

Day 04 Drive to Hyangja and trek to Gyachok
Day 05 Trek to Sano Khoban
Day 06 Trek to Pipa
Day 07 Rest day for acclimatization
Day 08 Trek to Thulo Kharka
Day 09 Trek to Mardi Himal base camp
Day 10 High camp
Day 11 Summit – base camp
Day 12 Spare day for summit
Day 13 Trek to Kumai
Day 14 Trek to Ghachok
Day 15 Trek to Pokhara
Day 16 Pokhara to Kathmandu, 6 hours
After breakfast our vehicle assists you at your hotel and takes a drive to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel and rest of time leisure.
Overnight at Hotel on BB basis.
Day 17 Kathmandu
This pleasant day you may have full day at leisure at your own or can be extends your extra trip with us on additional cost or time to explore the Thamel for last day shopping and evening Matterhorn Treks & Expedition will take you for Farewell dinner.
Overnight at Hotel on BB basis.
Day 18 Departure from Kathmandu
Matterhorn treks & Expedition will transferred to the International Airport your departure flight to your on wards destination.
